When you embark on this heartfelt journey, rest assured that every step is filled with care and respect. After ordering, i will promptly send you a kit with clear instructions for collecting ashes. Just half a teaspoon of these precious remains is needed, and any extra will be returned with your order.

Once the ashes have been received, it will take up to 2 weeks, often less, to create your bespoke custom commission.

Your cherished memories are in caring hands, and i promise to take this responsibility seriously and take great care of your loved ones while in my possession.  I have a special area in my workshop set aside.
